Terms

Draft last edited October 9, 2026.

These are the draft terms for using Motion. They say what the service does and who is responsible for what.

01The service

Motion is a B2B outreach product operated by SuperScraper. You use it to find companies, research them, write and review messages, send campaigns through a sending account you connect, and track replies and results.

Motion is in early access. Features change, and some parts of the app are not finished. The home page lists what is not built yet.

02Your account

You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Give accurate information when you sign up. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

03You are the sender

Email leaves from mailboxes in a sending account that you own and connect with your own key. Motion prepares the campaign and passes it to that account. You are the sender of every message, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and privacy laws where you and your recipients are.

The product runs a set of checks before a campaign can send, and the Acceptable Use page lists them. These checks help you. They are not legal advice, and passing them does not mean a campaign is lawful. We are not your lawyer.

04Acceptable use

Your use of the service must follow the Acceptable Use page, which is part of these terms. We may pause a campaign, limit sending or suspend an account that breaks it or that puts recipients, other customers or the service at risk.

05Your data

The lists, contacts, messages and other content you bring into the product stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use the contact data you import.

The Privacy page describes what we collect and which providers receive data.

06Research and business records

Motion reads company websites to build lists and research companies, and it labels each field with where it came from. That information can be out of date or wrong. Check anything you rely on, and review drafts before they send.

07Third-party providers and your keys

When you connect your own key for a sending account, a model provider, a contact or verification provider, a CRM or a calendar, your agreement with that provider applies to that use. Their charges are billed to you by them. You are responsible for your account with each provider.

08Price

Motion is free during early access. We do not take a card and there is no paid plan to buy today. Free workspaces have a monthly limit on new recipients. Before any paid plan starts we will publish its price and terms, and you will be able to choose whether to continue.

09Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. During early access there is no service level commitment. We may change or remove features.

10Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email support@superscraper.dev. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We plan to keep suppression entries after an account closes, so people who opted out stay opted out.

11Warranty and liability

The service is provided as it is. The final terms will set out warranty disclaimers and limits on liability. That wording needs legal review and is not included in this draft.

12Changes to these terms

This is a draft. When the reviewed terms are ready we will publish them here with a date and tell account holders by email.
